Does anyone use DOT 5 (silicon) brake fluid? If so, have you had any problems
with it? The Master Power Brakes vendor describes it in very negative terms -
even says its use will void their warranty. I've used it in my other classic
car and never had any problems. It also doesn't damage paint, so I'd like to
use it in my truck. My main concern is using their remote master cylinder
reservoir - do I have to use a special type of hose to the master cylinder?
Will DOT 5 dissolve normal rubber hose?

Thanks in advance
