But then again, here in AZ if you have a newer car (I have a 2000) you can
possibly be exempt from testing. But then you pay an extra fee for NOT being
tested. Cuts out the middleman (testing companies), and the money goes
DIRECTLY to the state. Pretty devious, these politicians!! Bob K
