Jerry, Sounds like you have something pretty different.  I haven't seen
anything like it, i would be interesting in seeing it though.  In the front
of Hemmings Motor News (on any reputable magazine stand)there is a section
called services.  You can find a whole plethora of companies that
specialize in repairing and restoring chrome fixtures.  They could probably
repair yours to like new condition, unfortunatly I don't know how much they
run.  Let me know how it turns out.
