I've been recently painting the frame and suspension item on my TR3B, and
have used a couple of paints that I've been very happy with --- so I thought
I'd pass on my comments.

POR-15: I used this for the frame and most of the front suspension pieces. I
prepared all surfaces using phosphoric acid before painting. Put on two
coats using cheap foam brushes and everything came out looking fantastic. It
leaves a very "thick" looking coating -- more so than normal paint -- and it
is very hard.

Eastwood Chassis Black: I used this for springs and other assorted parts ---
and basically for things I would rather spray than brush. This paint (after
2 coats) also looks very good. It's real easy to work with -- you apply 2nd
coat in only 20-30 minutes and dries very fast.

No, I've got no financial interest in either place. But both worked quite
nicely so I just figure I'd pass that along.
