Ryan,
   On the 1500 Spits the voltage stabilizer is generally mounted on the rear
of the tach (or speedo).  You'll need to drop the center of the dash and
reach back behind to the left (or right if you're RHD).  Helps to have thin
wrists, long fingers, and a mirror.
