Patrick,
In my investigation, I have concluded that THe rubber pieces are the
same front to back, and the difference in the assemblies are only in the
color of the lenses and reflectors.

THat said, the left front would be the same as the right rear and
vice-versa for the other two.  This is because the rubber pieces are
tapered to fit the contour of the fender and since the lamp section is
at the front (amber) and rear (red) the rubbers are flipped.
