PDWA thingy

I'm trying to get the inner most sleeve out of the PDWA thingy.  I tried
banging it against a piece of wood about 209 times, but it didn't work.  Do
any of you have any tips.

BTW, I will hopefully have the MC back on the car tomorrow - after I
bench bleed it.  The MC rebuild kit came with a picture of how to bench
bleed it and Atwell (I think) was right on how to bleed it.  The cylinder
horizontal.
