head and carb ?s

Does anyone know what the height of the head is on a '74 1500? I am
asking so I can check if it has ever been milled.
Also I may be mistaken, but I believe non USA 1500s came with HS4 SUs
and the other engines came with HS2 SUs. If this is correct, what is the
difference between the two and does one offer greater performance
compared to the other on my 1500.
