It was good weekend to drive.
My son found out about black seats and the conductivity of 95 degree heat
and direct sunlight on a 71 Spit seat. He said he won't wear shorts far a
bit. I hope the scar goes away.....
Anyway,
I was opening the drivers door and when I pulled on the latch it felt a
little funny, the pot metal gave up. the "arm" part just twisted away from
the barrel. It didn't fall off but it won't activate the mechanism anymore.
Are these available anywhere ? These doors have been a real pain to me !
