I use an air body saw available from harbor freight for about 30 bucks.  You
will need a mig welder to weld the pans in.  That is a little more pricey,
1500 bucks for one that will work.  You should have someone do it for you if
you do not have a mig.  Pop rivets are temporary.

I plan to start working on removing my rusted out floorpan. I have a
full pan for the drivers side and the cross member. What is the best way
to remove an old own? I'd assume plasma cutter, but I don't have one
available to me. What would be next best? Any other advise besides
measure twice and cut once?
