I am unable to locate any reference materials specifying the dimensions of
the outer drive shaft on a '72 GT6 Mk3.  Mine appear to be "stepped" and I'm
not sure if this is "as manufactured" or due to wear.  At the end nearest
the spline, the diameter is 1.250 -- at the coupling side 1.400.  Is this
correct?
