re: adhesive

I need to recover my seats too, where can I get the 3M
contact adhesive from in the UK?  I have been looking
for something like this for a while.

I want to replace the foams in the seats as well, but
I think the prices quoted by Rimmers are a bit pricey,
anyone know of a cheaper UK supplier?

Is seat recovering relatively simple to do?
