I live in the Portland area, Milwaukie to be exact.  

I'd be happy to come over and drink beer and strike you on the head, but
that's about all I can do.  I myself am looking for someone to help me
get the weber that came with my Spit to somehow get it to get more than
14 MPG, or else someone to help me remove the weber and put back on the
original carbs that came with the car when I bought it.  Of course, they
were in a box.  Needless, I know little or nothing about carbs.  I don't
want or need the power, I do want the 35+ mpg I should be getting.
