I was replacing my oil sending unit today, and am having problems with
the wiring. It is a three prong unit going on a 76 Spit. I was given a
diagram that showed the following:

wht/brn
But when I turned the key on, the green light did not light up. My old
unit had one prong broke off and has not worked for a while, but I have
seen the green light before.
Does anyone have the correct wiring, or can look at theirs and tell me
the correct way to wire it?
