Mitch offered this solution to vent the rocker cover on the spitfire's
equipped with non-standard carbs and/or intakes. Great idea & one I intend
to put in place! Anyone interested I am sure can email Mitch or myself for a
photo of this application - looks great too.

Hey Rick, Tim,
       This is my quick solution to what you are experiencing. If you do not
want to run the tube over to your air cleaner, which I did not like the idea
of pushing all that oily wet air through my carbs. Get a hold of a K&N
dealer (I ordered mine through Jegs) and get a #62-2480. It fits perfectly,
acts like an oil breather cap, can leave a little mess, but if you're like
me, I'm always under the bonnet messing with something, and I just wipe any
residue when I see some. I hope the photo helps. And just like anything else
around, "just my 2 cents worth, take it or leave it" Have a great one!
