It depends on how loose the trunnions are...
 
If the bushings deteriorated so bad that the bolt enlarged the hole  in the 
a-arms, you need to replace them also.  Sometimes a  disintegrated bushing will 
enlarge the hole through the trunnion which  will require a new trunnion.  
 
Check these situations upon disassembly in case a previous renewal  had 
damage that was not repaired.  The new plastic bushings will fit  rather 
snugly. 
 
If it is only a looseness without total loss of the plastic  bushings and 
damage as described above, you can renew only the plastic bushings  and the 
associated metal bushing and washers.  
 
Make sure to grease up the bolt and metal sleeve to avoid them  rusting 
together which makes replacement in the future very difficult (I hope  you can 
remove the bolt now for the same reason)!
