shock question.

Listers,
I need to replace the oil in both the front and rear shock absorbers of my '72
midget.  I understand what I'm supposed to do. What's the best way for going
about it? I understand the last thing I want to do take the whole suspension
apart. So how do you go about getting the old oil out, and the new oil in?
