I remember buying a reproduction rear emblem (arrow) for my Bugeye from
Moss. I went so far as to go to the Moss store in Goleta from San
Bernardino for the express purpose to pick out the best rear emblem out
of the bunch. I also needed a new exhaust pipe and did not want it cut
in half to ship. When I returned home, the new repro would not fit the
car. The spacing on the mounting pins was shorter than original. I
would have to enlarge the holes in the rear deck lid of the car if I
wanted to use it. Luckily, a few months later I found an original
Sprite Arrow at an annual Mini swap meet here in Southern California.
It fit perfectly, I only had to repaint it myself.
Anyone need a repro arrow that doesn't quite fit?
