Unless I am mistaken you cannot test the mixture strength under load and 
simply checking the mixture strength at high rpm is not the same thing.

If you drop one on the floor it doesn't bounce and you will need to buy 
another.

Either a plug cut and plug reading is a better bet unless of course you have 
access to a chassis dyno.
