The Realtor couldn't believe my requirements when I started looking for a
house! I embodied the wishes of LBC owners everywhere. I kept saying that I
didn't care how big the house was, or how many bedrooms, or the condition of
the house (to a point), just find me a big garage.

The first time I looked at the house, I said, forget it. The dogs had eaten
some of the kitchen cabinets, and the old paneling in the house is really
terrible. But I couldn't get the garage out of my mind! Now I have a brand
new Kitchen (Thanks again to Frank C., Larry M. and Robert H.) and two
bathrooms in good shape. Work is progressing slowly, but I have plenty of
time.
