Personally, I'd replace it.  The gasket has been crushed and
lost some resiliancy (though not as much as if it had been
run).  The only exception would be if you were running a
solid copper gasket, which you could anneal and re-use

Headgaskets never let go at a "convienient" time, so why
risk it?
