Well...
I hope the buyer can legally prevail in time, in any event.
Being human (I really am!) I can understand getting "suckered" into
a specific car one had in mind...it's
the lack of "business" discipline or
the transfer of money without receipt
along with the method of payment that
I don't "understand"......at least our
poor buyer saved the ad he responded
to, along with reciepts for travel, hotel,
parts, etc. This should do the trick for
him, hopefully.
This and the fact he was smart enough
to go directly to proper authorities immediately...good move, this. I do
hope
he prevails.
