In my case on my 72 Midget it was a little of everything. After replacing
the master cylinder (nothing was coming out of the appropriate port on it),
I was able to get fluid to the rear hose, but I had to replace the hose and
both slave cylinders to get things properly sorted out. I guess I am saying
to check for pressure at each step along the way -- sitting is not good for
hydraulics.
