It's one or the other.

Spring is on it's way here.  Temps are right for top down ( above freezing 
during the day ), but there's a lot of water running across the roads still and 
I need that cleansing rain to wash the road salt off the roads.  Then I'll put 
the insurance back on, and it'll snow.
