There is a VW performance machine shop for old VeeDubs and dunebuggies
and such near my house. They did a silver ceramic coating on my big
Healey 4 cylinder header for $125. Nice job too. I had my 1275 header
for my Bugeye done by Jet Hot before I knew about the VW place. I
remember the price at Jet Hot was about what you are quoting. If you do
use Jet Hot, make sure it is the one in Arizona. I am told they do a
better job than the other location.
