Are those recent sales? I'm curious because of these two recent sales that
suggest that Bugeyes may have moved into the "impractical but cute and
collectible" category, similar to MG TCs and Beetle Cabriolets, where the best
place to
sell is at an auction, since in those crowds the difference between $10,000
and $30,000 is the cost of a week's vacation and if wifey thinks its "cute"
hubby will go out of his way to get it for her. Especially if it matches her
fingernails. So, what seem to us to be crazy numbers are achievable. But only
if
the car is in absolutely perfect, gleaming condition.
