I can speak from experiance in that I've filed "item not as described" complaints via ebay / paypal when the seller was not cooperative. And have always had good luck. It is a timely process, but it has worked for me. I'm pretty easy going but if it is not as it was said it was and very obvious in the differance then that isn't right. My last one was a seat for a Honda FL350 Odyssey dune buggy, the ad said "Used FL350 seat" didn't say it didn't come with the frame, which by the way you have to take off the seat after it is removed from the buggy. I asked the seller to send me the frame he told me where to go (not physicaly possible btw). I filled a complaint, he responded I responded then Paypal reviewed it. I had the option to keep it or send it back for a refund from Paypal. So don't be discouraged, if you can document that it wasn't as described then I think you will have good luck.

Let us know.

ps..I've been on ebay since 1998, and in all that time have only run into a few bad seeds so don't let one bust your spirit.
