RE: 18 MPG????

Ok, my Sprite gets about 40 with it's 948.
What should my heavy rubber bumper 'B with it's 1600 be getting with a DGEV?

I realize that it is a tank compared to the Sprite, but I'm only getting 18
or so with it and no matter what I do I cannot improve it.  I am about to
change out the distributor because I think the curves are wrong.  I *have*
to run premium or it spark knocks.  If I set the timing down for regular
(with no spark knock) it is such a dog...

Any of you sprite owner have a 'B too?
