I'm going to an electric fan. I have a switch that will turn the fan on at
180*. Should I match the thermostat to the 180* switch or have the
thermostat open earlier (160*?) or later than the fan turn on? Why?

Right now my temp gauge doesn't go past 7o'clock so I'm thinking there might
not be a thermostat in there. Once I figure out which thermostat I want
I'll just put the new one in. Does the 1275 take a standard tstat?

The fan switch is like a temp sender. Where is a good place to plumb it?
The convenient location in the front of the head is taken by the temp gauge
sender.

Cheers,
Derf
