recognize you?
It is winter, my work load is lighter and I do work on it just about
every night from after dinner to about 10:00pm so about 4 hrs a night
and at least 1 full day usually more each weekend. Depends on what Diane
has planned.
As for a day off, I look forward to a day off so I can work on the
Sprite :) Add a few days off with my operation which laid me up for a
few weeks and some days off of work where I could get some more hours
into the car.
I'm sure I have 500-600 hours into the restoration. And about $4000 in
parts. So if it's worth 10 grand, once again I worked for $10 an hour.
BUT That beats watching nothing on TV with absolutly nothing being
accomplished.
My wife complains that I am in the garage too much but I complain right
back that she is in the house too much ;) Today she did help me install
the windshield and she did sew up the edging on the carpet.
She really doesn't mind as long as I do whatever chores need to be done
around the house. Which I do so I can get back to the Sprite.
