On American cars, it can make a big difference. The Sprite driveshaft is so
tiny, I'm not sure you can get into much trouble. Besides that, unless it's
been clearly marked already, I never assume old cars have the shaft
correctly aligned.
If it vibrates, try changing the alignment.
