No other rings required, no torqueing required, just good and snug. There is 
a lock washer on that nut by the way.

Put a bit of no stick on the wheel hub before putting it on then you can get 
it off next time easly.

The part with the spring goes through the whole in the wheel, that holds it 
straight, it rubs on the slip ring and on the button.
