Remembering from waaay back(!)--- when I was in the RAF we used to 'swing the
compass' and make up a card showing the needed corrections.
Maybe all I need to do is to make up a correction card (following road tests)
after I put on the new tires, and stick it on the dash. !?! maybe....

rods (I believe they are still available, haven't done the search).
