Your message about the 1961 TR3A fills me with deep sadness that such a car
could even be considered as a parts car.

I paid about the same for my '67 Spitfire Mk2, and it is in significantly
worse condition than the TR3A that you describe. Yet I'm restoring the
Spitfire anyway, even though it'll suck hard on my wallet for a long time
without ever paying back.

That TR3A is no parts car. Keep an eye on it, and if it hasn't sold by July
1st, send me E-mail across the net. By July 1st, I will have a place for
such a car and a way to get it as well. In the mean time, I am desperately
trying to arrange garage space and transport earlier so that another one gets
saved. ;)

Just about any straight TR frame with an uncracked block and semi-complete
drivetrain is worth $400.
