It's difficult to tell from a description what your referring to - what you
might do is look at the other side and see how it's assembled.

Yes you can adjust by loosening the hinge bolt's but it's only for adjusting
doors with good hinges.

Yes, but you can't buy just the pin, buy new hinges your doors will thank
you.  The above places will have them and last I checked around $20- $30 apiece.
