Before you get a new clutch make sure you need one! Check the pin that
connects the clutch pedal to the plunger for wear (even a couple of
millimeters makes a difference) and check under the car to see which of the
three linkage holes the slave cylinder is connected to. I replaced the pin
and move the linkage to the middle hole and now my 'shot' clutch works
perfectly.
