Ned,

Just replaced the Servo on my 73 TR-6. Looked at all the suppliers I
could find that had a rebuild kit listed. Unfortunately, I could not
locate one which included a diaphragm. The element that fails most often.
I also checked with my Jaguar mechanic (Brittish European Motors,
Cotati, CA) also a no go. Bit the bullet and bought a new one - right
around $250.00. I did manage to install it without bleeding the system.
Take off the two nuts holding MC to Servo carefully pull the MC away from
the servo (there was enough give in the lines to allow this) and
remove the four nuts (under the dash) hoding the servo to the firewall.
If anyone else is aware of a kit that includes the diaphragm let us know.
It's too late for me but the origanal made it for 24 years and 290,000
mls. so I don't feel real bad about it.

Deano
