Got my speedo working (thanks for the help!) and took my TR8 in for
inspection yesterday, and got the following report:

Brakes:
Front/rear balance: 88.4/11.6 %
Left/right balance: Front: -9.3 Rear: -22.5%
Brake Force: Front: Left:655 Right:722
             Rear: Left: 79 Right:102 ft*lb

I'm not too worried about the left/right balance as the car doesn't pull
during hard stops, but the negligible contribution of the rear brakes does
bother me. I realize that the design of the wedge brake system tends to
favor the front (The TR7 nosedives, too) but didn't realize it was that
bad. (Shoes, pads, calipers, etc all seem to be ok) What have your
experiences been with the various brake upgrade options?
