There are two bolts holding the rear bumper center section to the frame.
The problem is that the bolt head is boxed in on three sides by a support.
and is difficult to get to. After experimenting with short rachet handles
under the body (too little torque and too little play) and uj-sockets
(flop) I ended up using a very long wobble extension and snaked it through
the support- it was a pain to get that far, but the SECOND bolt came off
easy. ;{)
