TR4 - rear wheel arch seat belt fasteners

Listers,

I'm trying to determine whether or not there are other TR4's out there 
that have the metal plates mounted in the outside rear wheel archs.  
These plates are about 1" x 4" with one end cut at a 45 degree angle.  
You can see these by looking into your rear wheel well on the arch.
