Question on Anti-Sieze uses.

Hello fellow list members,

     Having followed the thread recently on Anti-Sieze on exhaust 
manifolds.  I would like to know where Anti-Sieze should be used, 
may be used, and must not be used.

     As I think this is useful information I will post a summary of the 
responses.
