Joe,
in one of my 1296's we fitted valves from the 1750 [?] Triumph
built SAAB 99 engine - and they're _pretty_ tightly fitted into the
head... Had to "reshape" ;-) the seats in order to fit them... But
the stems was the same if I remember correctly.
