I don't recall which vendor was mentioned on the list, but McMaster-Carr has
a wide variety of oddball nuts and bolts (not to mention lots of other
things).  They aren't especially cheap, but will sell you a single nut, if
that's what you want.  Their web site (with a fantastic on-line catalog, if
you are patient) is at http://www.mcmaster.com/

Metric and Multistandard Components Corp is another possibility (they also
carry BSW, BSF, BA, BC, etc.) at http://www.metricmcc.com/ ,  so is Grainger
at http://www.grainger.com/index.htm .  They probably have minimum order
requirements, tho.

And, of course, TRF frequently has a kit of all the hardware needed for a
particular LBC job.
