I bought a plastic bottle of powdered graphite lubricant at a NAPA auto parts
store just this year. (may have a web site)

<I have spent the better part of a day looking for graphite lubricant for
speedometer and tachometer cables. The stores know exactly what I'm asking
for, but nobody has it in stock. I have been to (several stores of each of
Pep Boys, AutoZone, CarQuest and Trak Auto. Can anyone offer suggestions
on where to find the lubricant
