They are Girling calipers, but won't fit a TR3 without some
modifications.  I believe the only necessary modification is to get the
mounting bracket and flex lines with the calipers, but I'm not certain. 
The rotors are also different, but most likely the early rotors will
work OK.  The good news is that the later rotors are much less
expensive.

However, ISTR you mentioned before that your car was a 1962 model.  If
it's a TCF series TR3B, it had TR4 brakes anyway, and the 4A parts will
all interchange.
