Hi:
I was wondering if someone can tell me how to
replace the rear springs on a TR6. According to the
shop manuals, all I should have to do is disconnect
the shock link and drop the trailing arm. The spring
should just come off then. When I try this though,
the spring is still under enough tension that it won't
come out. Do I have to use a spring compressor? If
so, can I use the one for the front that consists of a
rod and a couple of plates?
