Hey guys. . .

If one wanted to replace the bearings in a rear hub on a solid axle TR . . .

Where is it acceptable to support the hub when using a big press to push the
shaft out the middle?

Does the hub itself have to be supported? (around the flange where the wheel
studs are)

Or. . . can it be supported by the . . . uhhh . .. what do you call it?

The inner hub that is screwed to the axle tube . . .next to the shims.
The part that has the seal in it.

Any BTDT advice?

Thanks
