>Anybody have advice on how to fit new throttle pedal shaft bushings on a
TR6? I have removed the shaft and have new bushings from Moss. Old bushings
must have disintegrated. The lip on the new nylon bushings is much larger
than the hole it must go through and the material seems to hard to deform.
I
don't want to just start pounding or heating the things up if there's a
better way.

Aren't these things fun? The best thing to do is drop them into some
boiling water for a minute to soften them up and then work fast before they
cool off.

Did you have much difficulty getting the throttle shaft out? You will
putting it back in! It's not so bad if the engine isn't in the way. But
sometimes that's not an option.

Good luck
