Thread-topic: Spitfire Horn Problem
I have a 76 Spitfire, and have fixed the horn about a dozen times.
The wire that comes up the column and attaches to the brass ring
at the turn signal assembly gets caught and spins around the shaft
until it breaks. Often it shorts out on the column and applies the horn
on full at the most embarrassing moments. Any ideas on how I can
fix this problem. I'm about to wire it to a button on the dash.
Cheers: JP
