Need some help from the list!
I put new bearings, gaskets and seals in a early TR4 transmission; checked
the gears and synchros which looked okay and put the transmission in my TR3.
It worked good for about a year. Suddenly, it started kicking out of 2nd
gear. I have since replaced the transmission with the original TR3 tranny.
Is the poping out of gear a problem with the synchros or something else?
Any help would be appreciated.
